Boston-based boutique Concepts is perhaps most famous for their extensive roster of successful sneaker collaborations, but this fall season they’re returning with a new outerwear effort with Arc’teryx to remind people why they’re also a force to be reckoned with in the apparel industry. Featuring two of Arc’teryx’s most popular pieces, the collaboration capsule will feature the Beta SL Jacket as well as the Arro 22 Backpack.
The Beta SL Jacket will feature a black 3M reflective Concepts logo and arrive at just 315 grams, making it a ridiculously light alternative for the upcoming cold weather. Composed of N40r GORE-TEX fabric with Paclite and micro ripstop construction, the heavy-duty elements packed inside the lightweight shell makes for a durable and functional option.
Rounding out the collection is the Arro 22 Backpack, which also features a prominent Concepts logo. Composed primarily of a 1260D Invista Ballistic Superpack nylon material, the bag also features a Watertight seal to help keep unwanted rain and snow out, while an extra Kangaroo pocket and its external pockets ensure that the bag remains handy for all purposes.
The Concepts x Arc’teryx Beta SL will retail $345 USD, while the Concepts x Arc’teryx Arro 22 Backpack will retail for $235 USD. Look for the collection to release October 22 on Concepts’ online store as well as their Cambridge and New York locations.
