Not their first rodeo together, Japanese retailer BEAMS and Canadian sporting goods company Arc’teryx have teamed up to refashion the latter’s Beta SL jacket. The jacket arrives in an olive green colorway and is constructed out of high-performance, lightweight Gore-Tex fabric, giving it a shell that is impervious to rain, while being extremely packable. Its all-around functionality is designed for maximum mobility and ideal for hikers and trail climbers. Practicality over extravagance is what Arc’teryx preaches, which is why BEAMS have their logo appear only on the hood.
